Founded and run by Mohsen Hassani, Trendelle is a Berlin-based online shop specializing in traditional clothing and accessories from Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, and the Arab world. With deep roots in culture and craftsmanship, we bring you handpicked items that celebrate heritage, identity, and beauty.

Each product at Trendelle is selected with care, whether it’s a handmade dress for a festive occasion, a beautifully embroidered men’s outfit, or a cultural accessory that tells a story. Many of our photos are self-made and reflect the originality and pride of our collection.

We believe tradition and style go hand in hand. That’s why we make it easy for people across Germany to access garments that are otherwise hard to find – whether for weddings, cultural celebrations, or everyday elegance.

Beyond fashion, Trendelle is committed to social impact. We proudly support a group of women artisans in Iran – especially Afghan women – who often face extreme barriers to fair employment. Many of these women have no legal protections, no health insurance, and earn significantly less than men, if they are hired at all. Afghan women, in particular, face even greater discrimination, often being excluded entirely from the formal labor market.

Trendelle is dedicated to giving these women a chance. We ensure that they receive fair, dignified compensation for their work, helping them to provide for their families and build a more secure life despite difficult social and legal conditions. By working directly with these artisans and purchasing their handmade garments, we aim to bring change through respect, fairness, and solidarity.
