Refund & Return Policy (Trendelle)
Right of Withdrawal (§ 355 BGB / Art. 9 EU Directive 2011/83/EU)You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via the return request form below. Once your request is verified, you will receive an email within 24 hours with the return address.
Effects of Withdrawal (§ 357 BGB)
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the delivery and return shipping costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return Conditions (§ 346 BGB)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Returns are not accepted for the following items:

Return Procedure (Art. 11 EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

Fill out the return request form completely and accurately.

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email with the return address and further instructions.

Send the product to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.

Keep the shipping receipt as proof of return.
Inspection & Refund (§ 357 BGB)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds (Art. 12 EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
If you haven’t received a refund:

Recheck your bank account.

Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted).

Exchanges (§ 439 BGB)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, email support@trendelle.de and await further instructions.
